CAPTCHAs, MFA, and questions it cannot answer are routed to your Attention Queue.

Does JobBot submit applications automatically?

When you queue jobs or start an apply run, JobBot submits applications automatically — filling standard fields, uploading your resume, and using your Answer Library for screening questions. Exceptions (CAPTCHA, MFA, unknown questions) pause the agent until you respond in the Attention Queue.

What is the Attention Queue?

When JobBot hits a CAPTCHA, MFA prompt, or a screening question it cannot answer from your profile or Answer Library, the application pauses and appears in your Attention Queue. You respond, then JobBot continues — those steps require your input before the agent proceeds.

How are screening questions answered?

JobBot resolves screening questions in order: your profile data first, then saved entries in your Answer Library, then AI-generated answers where appropriate, and finally escalation to your Attention Queue if the question cannot be answered confidently.

Can I review applications before they submit?

You control which jobs enter the apply queue — browse scored listings and select the roles you want JobBot to apply to. Per-application approval settings are planned; today, you trigger apply runs and the agent submits automatically for queued jobs, pausing on exceptions in the Attention Queue.

Can I stop or pause automation?

Yes. Apply runs are user-initiated, and daily apply limits help prevent over-submission. You can dismiss jobs, skip applications in the Attention Queue, and retry failed submissions from your application timeline.

Do I need to connect my job board accounts?

Yes. You connect LinkedIn, Indeed, or Naukri through Assisted Sign-In or the Assisted Apply Chrome extension. JobBot runs browser automation in your connected session — we do not ask for your passwords in plain text.

How does match scoring work?

Each discovered job gets an AI-generated fit score based on your resume, preferences, and the listing details. A deterministic fallback ensures you still see a score if the AI path is unavailable.

Is Assisted Apply free?

Will employers know I used automation?
